CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mouthguards are best kept clean by rinsing under cold water after use
• They may be brushed very lightly
• They should be stored in a rigid plastic container
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
• Do not place the mouthguard in hot or boiling water
